I’m Darlene, a seasoned clinical operations expert with a unique blend of scientific rigor and strategic business insight. My career began in preclinical research at Yale University and evolved through key roles at industry leaders, including Regeneron, ImClone, and Eli Lilly. Over the years, I’ve partnered with major pharmaceutical players like Syneos, VaxInnate, BMS, Merck, and Advaxis, shaping and accelerating clinical strategies across global markets.

A singular goal has driven my transition from the research bench to executive clinical leadership: to bring innovative therapies to patients more quickly and effectively. Along the way, I’ve contributed to top-tier scientific publications and earned an MBA in Business Leadership, further solidifying my ability to integrate science with strategy.
